How do I shotgun? LOLz
Well, today started off pretty shitty. I woke up ten minutes before my chem test which I was planning on waking up early and studying. Went there, hoping the axe could cover up most of my smelliness. Thankfully my hair wasn't too out of control. I don't know how I did on the test. The multiple choice was horribly worded and worth 80 of the 100 points. I think I got the other problems right, but that is only 20 some points. And I forgot my calculator so I had to do all the multiplication and division by hand...yay! After this I went back to the dorm to clean up some and study for my Pre-calc quiz. I don't know how I did on this. This time it was the simple properties of arithmetic that I forgot. I hate math, but have decided this is the last quiz I will let myself fail. ARC and BOX will help me from now on.
After all the hell, I decided to skip the movie I need to watch today (don't worry, I can watch it tomorrow after work). So I went to Cabela's with Tim and Nick to see about purchasing the firearm I was talking about the other day. This Yugo SKS has a scope and ultralight stock on it. Got there and it was sold. I found my dream gun though, a Russian M44. The problem was that the action was pretty nasty and the price was way too much for the gun. Initially it was thought to be made in China, but I found later it had a very faded Russian marking. So leaving Cabela's heartbroken, we went back to an aquatance's apartment. Tim had to store a firearm and showed me the others he had collected. He showed me his shotgun that I hadn't seen. The shotgun was in great shape and came with ammo and accessories. Through Cabela's trying to give him about half of what he paid when he wanted to sell it back, he offered it to me for an astounding 130 dollars. I hesitated, looking the gun over in the process. I got my trusty cell phone and secured some monetary funds for my check book. Immediately cut the check. So I ended up purchasing a firearm that day. Going home this weekend to get it cleaned and calibrated (if it needs any sort of, which I doubt). I had my mom tell my uncle the specs (Mossberg 835, great condition, 100 rounds or so through it). Later on I turn my cell phone back on and find voicemail. I call back home since they are the only ones that usually call and I don't know how to use my voicemail. Turns out my uncle will buy it if I do not like it, he actually wants to know more about it and Tim's firearms for sale. I was very happy.
I also ended up staying up doing laundry with Luke because he invited me to do so. So we can both get to know Miranda better, mainly for his sake. Nothing much happened, Talked to A-train for a bit and gave him some more advice that should help him and might end up having him change his major. Fun times were had by all. As for now though, I'm going to get some sleep.
