Well, looks like I have pretty much got the cold in the corner and am coming in with the final jab to its temple. Feeling a whole lot better than I have been recently.

I'm in an ecstatic mood. I believe it is because of getting over this shitty cold and from talking to women. If you are feeling depressed then I recommend talking to a woman, just any random one in class. Make sure she is a 5 or better on the 1 to 10 scale, otherwise it will just be depressing when you make eye contact.

Lent has arisen with Ash Wednesday, although I did enjoy Fat Tuesday for the most part. I am not Catholic, but have decided to give up booze. Yep, going on the water wagon for a jaunt. I believe it weakened my immune system and hence why I caught a cold.

Being sick had made me slow down a little and think about others more. I have a notion of regret in the back of my mind. Hopefully I will be able to cure this, but I fear it will result in another quest for a needle in a haystack.

And ending on that note, I am going to slow down some more. I get to work the desk in 20 minutes, the most mind-numbing and humiliating job one can have on this campus.
