Bought a digital camera today. Another reason why I shouldnt have cash on hand. But I showed up to work 2 hours early and had nothing else to do so I went to the newly remodeled (aka fucked up) walmart. I went back at night to get my mom a lamp for her bedroom. So it wont bother her eyes as much as the other ones do when it is night time.

Today was hell at work. Worse than usual due to customers being douchebags. Hopefully I wont work there much longer, maybe get a better job, but I will miss the people I have grown to accept at my job. One of those double edged sword deallies :-(

Yeah, I hate nite clubs

Well, I figured I would go check out the local night club. I'm amazed, it blew ass. I ended up talking with some people who I went to high school with, turns out their high school boyfriends have all done something to make the relationships go sour. I found it funny that the club was about the size of the Ratt at WJU. The entire place was pretty dated. But it felt good to go somewhere where you can smoke indoors. Might go again, with a DD if you know what I mean :-p.

Cant wait to go back to jesuit, getting applications the first day I go to class. Of course, my car will go in for surgery soon which makes me a sad panda :-(.

Hot diggity damn

I got paid today.

Granted, the paychecks are getting smaller due to me not getting as much overtime, but I feel that they are suitable. Now let's see, 50 dollars to save, 150 to go into the car, that leaves me with..........147 dollars..............crap, I bought gas........126 dollars to spend. So that has to last me two weeks. Oh well, that isnt so bad.

*looks at calendar*

DAMNIT. School move in is the 27th/28th and my car goes into the transmission shop on the 29th. And I have managed to save a whole 100 dollars this summer. Amazing how a car and hobbies can eat money like it is nothing at all.

Well, on the bright side I am still single.......wait a second, that sucks.

But seriously, I cant wait to get back up to wheeling and start looking for another job. I like this job and everything, but it just cant sustain me, especially with how gas prices are on the rise. I bought gas today at 2.70 a gallon. A dollar more since I started driving in '02, not bad, but minimum wage is still the same. I now understand how people struggle to live on such a pittance. Everything has gone up, slim jims are 10 cents more, gum is 5 cents more, soda is 20 cents more, little debbie cakes are 20 cents more............yeah, you can tell my diet is mostly junk. Granted, gas wouldnt be so bad if I didnt live 13 miles from my job and my car had a 5th gear, but it has kept me out of the house and away from my parents and making money on my own.

Anyway, enough ranting. I go back on the 29th, so expect more posting and maybe some more sorrid stories of college party life. Anyway, I'm out for tonight. Later.

Movin' on Up

We hired a new person at the garage recently. Now I am no longer the low man on the totem pole. He has been a regular for awhile and we needed a spot and he hated his current job. Great when things work out like that. I'm getting overtime still. I hate the fact that I have no social life due to my job. Been living off tips recently because of car bills, but I have to fill up tommorrow so that means money from the parents again. I've only had to do that once before this summer.

Well, wednesday is going to be chock full o goodies. I get to go argue with the college about financial aid (aka, screwed up once again), fight with the bank that cancelled my account without notifying me, and pick up another part for my car from the dealer. Oh, and monday I have to call the bank that is lending me money because for some reason they think I am now a naturalized citizen who has forgotten his INS number or something the other.

My first car is becoming a race car for next year hopefully. Junkyard Wars division. Finally, now I can race something LEGALLY!

Anyway, I'm off for now. Work makes me keep reasonable hours for sleep.

What the hell is an update?

Well, summer job is pretty boring. I love the job and co-workers, just hate the customers. Making decent money which is gobbled up by my car. Going to start looking for jobs in wheeling, but till then, going to keep working at the old exxon.

Going back to Jesus-land. Got all the financial aid started, signed away about 15k of my life. Cant wait to get back, already heard about the next party. At home I dont drink much, but my job has made me increase in my tobbacco vices. And again, I cant wait to get back.

Oh, and the reasons for not posting so often..........not much going on. Life is just work, no women to mention. Work, work, pay, work work, pay etc. Thankfully though, school will at some spice to my bland life. Man, even my wording is sucking. I guess stupid people can eventually wear you down. As for now though, I'm out of here. Payday is tommorrow, more like exchange day though. :-/
